Additional costs
Displayed prices are VAT included.
VAT taxes 20% are applicable to any EEC customer while will not be applied to customers outside the EEC.

Payments
There are four different payment methods available:
1) Cash at delivery, (for italian customers only, soon for UK customers); with this payment option you will pay directly at your door when the courier delivers the package to you.
2) Wire transfer; package will be shipped after payment confirmation by our bank.
3) Credit Card; via on-line secure server form, SSL 128 bit encrypted, with VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS or DINER'S.
4) Paypal

Invoicing
When a customer has a valid VAT number or upon request, he may ask us the invoice for the order made which will be sent via e-mail in a valid text format. Request can be send via e-mail to order@Electro-Vehicles.Eu

Shipping costs and delivery
Shipping cost will be calculated due to the payment method choosen.
Delivery is normally within 3-4 business days via standard shipment (European countries, with DPD express service) , 2-3 days with UPS shipping.
For urgent Express Courier shipments, send an email to admin@electro-vehicles.eu for the shipping costs quotation, depending on destination. Extra costs will be charged on credit card or must be wire transferred befor shipping.

Lost or Damaged package:

Electro-Vehicles.Eu does not hold any responsibility for any lost of shipment due to shipping carriers mistakes or wrongdoings. Under any CIRCUMSTANCES, Electro-Vehicles.Eu’s liability limits to assist package locating.

Money back refund policy
Products purchased may be returned for a full credit, minus shipping and handling charges. However, before any product may be returned, the customer must notify to EVE Srl, within 30-days of your original purchase date, that you desire a refund for the product purchased.
In order to obtain a refund, Customer may ask a money back refund within 10 days from the date of the delivery, sending a request via mail to EVE .r.l., Via Berlinguer 15/a - 24020 Villa di Serio (BG) ITALY.
Refund can't be done on opened and/or used products. Product must be sent back sealed and properly packed to avoid any damage, and into the original packaging.
